一片泛滥：乱伦充斥了科学；堕落生活方式颠倒了求知；校园动乱淹没了自然科学和学术；伪科学推翻了社会常识。

学生和教授们就不争“巴以”了，好吗？这下做研究也不给钱作了。也别太以为是特朗普的政府是因为政治原因不肯给钱，就从来没想到过：在这帮资本主义经营者看来，美国政府已经实在它世界霸权淫威的破产保护之下，实在并没有钱了？它是假装有钱有权、而实际在找茬儿不付经费承诺？ 国家计划经济对于对教育和科研的部分首先破产了。

美国联邦政府已经还不起债、印过头了钞、盘点不清黄金储备、花光了社保基金；都市难民云集、流离失所、市民抢劫、流民行凶、朱门酒肉、天灾人祸、水深火热。

国家的整个国民经济都是在负债赔钱、资源无保障、工人失业、中产阶级破产，劳动阶级无处可去无技可施、没有制造也、政府不建设维护公共设施。大家都作《比佛利山的乡巴佬》、全不会动手糊口，光会唱歌。这种仅靠股市起伏与世界富人投机者鬼混度日的计划经济，对民生所剩无几，还被大量地贪污和浪费掉。

政权传到民主党这一代：无知代替力量、奴役代替自由、战争代替和平；从权利集中开始，然后是滥用职权和关系，然后是贪污敛财，政治腐败至此，必定输光盆碗、债主催逼、军事溃败、走投无路、1984。学子不读书，到下一次世界大战还以为谁会来解放北美么？

• 1) the total National Science Foundation budget is 0.25% of the total federal budget,；
• 2) Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, defense, each represents 25% of the total federal budget
• 3) the plan and much hailed tax cut will add to the federal deficit in a similar fraction.
• Conclusion: reducing the federal research budget has nothing to do with the federal government running out of money, and everything to do with this government not liking research and not liking the people doing research. It is a strategic decision, a strategic decision made by the government you loved so much.

Just felt that anything in this country are to be dragged into politically something else.

Like the trade deficit: Nobody respond to balance it as it existed so many years, then it turned to a WAR with add tariff to the all countries.

Or like protesting between Israel and Hamas, then it has to us university campus as the battle ground. The to stop the WAR in this country, it will have to be threatened by defunding scientific research.

Also, government military over spending, then a bogus, with future mineral deal becomes an excuse resuming weapon aid to Ukraine, and forgiving the previous aid which has a large portion Ukraine claimed never received.

Illegal migrants were allowed to come freely and financed their settlement, with no screening and conditions for millions. Now it needs due process to get them back home. How about due processes against LEGAL immigrations? We have never been welcomed without legal processes!

Funny, only simple one is about China. The default seems to be: anything they say will be a lie. ;-).

Check the facts: sorry this dragged the subject into other federal expenses: I thought Medicaid is state funded. That takes 25%?
Yes, DOGE findings, they leaked social security and medicare benefits to non-qualified people or not-existing people. But DOGE only finds facts; can someone correct those at all?

What is percentage of bureaucrat expenses, and foreign aid? They are not in your big-4?

Yes, I think a big portion of every category is eaten up by government corruptions, misconducts and malpractices.

• Don’t listen to what they say, watch what they do. Follow this logic, the arithmetic of this government does not add up: that is,
• 1) they are not serious about reducing the deficit (simple numbers, and your data back up my statements);
• 2) it is doubtful that they are serious about bringing back manufacturing (which requires serious investments which is not in their plan);
• 3) what they are really serious about is to eliminate their rivals, especially in guiding philosophy, thus the attack on universities and scientific research. You don’t have to argue with me, just watch…
• You don’t even have to be curious, as I and my positions are too easy to read (and that is why I am not cut out for business or politics).
• I am also not curious about you, just baffled: as to how you can tolerate these imperialists and KKK cross bearers in plain clothing (not their costumes)…

I can tolerate anything that I cannot control. And I can consume so little in living materials, or luxury of popular enthusiasm. I think most people should be like me. 天下本无事。

Philosophy? What is the philosophy leads a campus riot for supporting Hamas? Ok let Harvard to stop it and send those fighters to the frontline to fight. Then the acedemics and government IS agreeing each other. Academics is resuming, so let the government release the fund. 不是“天下本无事”? One can not drag the subject about forcing Harvard to do something about its campus riot into a KKK government want to suppress the guiding philosophy. If so, the how the guiding philosophy guided US into today’s nationwide problems.

But, “bring back the manufacturing…” that should not be a part of government planned economy, but by encouraging market and private sectors invest domestic sectors, as well regulate moving manufacture far away for far higher profit. I certainly don’t want to see Federal budget to add a portion of domestic industrial development. We have seen those too much on the other side of the world. It does not do anything good to the people. We both are People’s Countries, do we?
