Different Believes. How could this get resolved?

The two parties has forgot: this bill were not thoroughly discussed. Constructively? No, they are too busy fighting each other.

Seriously, I would have my own list of issues. My list is long. But the two parties don’t care. If they don’t care about all these economic issues, I would not care about the two parties’ argument. The following is mine:

• Social security and health care are not to be cut, but the corruptions and abuse uses of funds need to stopped and prosecuted.
• Tax needs to be reduced. Does not matter if it is for rich or poor. The rich people needs to be encouraged and given more spaces to build out more domestic businesses which will hire more poor people. Only collect tax and give it to poor, does not solve he problem.
• Distributions of any benefits to illegal migrants have to be stopped.
• Thanks God, USAID is turned off permanently. US should stop supporting culture revolutions or color revolutions, not only for ideology, but also for people cannot stop stealing from those funds.
• UN commitments should be limited. It remains to stay out of WHO and Paris Climate Record. Stop to aid UN as it continues to consider China not a developed country.
• New energy development programs and subsidiaries should be haut for re-evaluation, that also cut over-consumption of expemsive rare earth elements.
• Defense, the two parties should make a clear roadmap to ward reducing the expensive involvement in world conflicts. US industry selle weapons and equipments is OK.
• Stop supporting Ukraine war, or stop supporting Israel, or stop support both.
• College Education for modern industrial skills should start to be sponsored by feds, supporting modern manufactures moving back onshore.
• The two parties should have a roadmap to constitute illegal migrants into standard seasonal program. This country needs slave labors.

关于对减少社会福利的恐惧：那个Medicaid就是有很多的滥发，因为它可以发给不到退休年龄但不能工作的失业人口（半时就业是底线要求）；还有老人家从别国来（包括我们熟悉的从中国来）就都瞒了在海外的退休金和房产、说是无收入。

您我，在美国有积累10年以上的缴社会保险税（SS tax），到退休时用的就是Medicare，我们“不够穷”反倒申请不到Madicaid（白卡或救济卡）。联邦社会保险，是在年税中扣除和管理的，没法作乱。除非作假（例如不报死亡、或作虚假账号），那应该是必须指控的直接犯罪。政府效率部揭露了若干这种违法行为，我们拭目以待。

而Medicaid本是各州从自己的财政中发出（所以全美加州和纽约州才因其州税高而福利最好）。后来联邦财政又给拨钱、因其不由联邦社保局（SSA）监管，就有很多灰色的内容。例如护理（house nursing和nursing home）等，州里乱发，官员拨款给亲信的合同商经营、盘剥或吃空饷。

在我们的生活圈子中，应该没有人会受到冲击。一定得无业无产，才有资格得到Medicaid。
富人纳税当然重要，但更应该的是富人肯多雇工发企业福利，改善被雇佣者的收入，这个历来就是资本主义制度的再分配出路，而并不是简单的用纳税来均贫富。关税很重要，它逼富人不得不把制造业迁回到国内，是在治理他们，比他们为政府财政献血。
富人有得是钱买进口的豪华商品，才是向国家纳关税的重心。我们平民买个电视、打火机、充电宝、日常衣物、最多是一辆政府补贴的廉价电动车，能给联邦作什么财政贡献?也不会因此而穷到哪里去。
